Growing up, I was overweight, addicted to gaming, shy, and unhappy with my life. I was a negative, lazy, complainer and suffered from depression.

But, one day everything changed – I had enough. I made a realization, one that would shape my life forever.

I realized that I needed to transform my life.

I, probably like you, always knew I had potential, but I didn't know how to use it.

That's when I started my journey of self-improvement. I searched the internet for ways to change my life.

The first thing I tackled was how I could lose weight. I was around forty pounds overweight and knew that to be successful, I'd have to build the foundation of good health.

Through my forty pound weight-loss journey, I learned a lot about how to build good habits and shape your life. I learned a lot about self-improvement through the books I've read and my mentors. I'm very grateful for all of my mentors, whom have taught me the importance of your habits.

After fixing my health, I made a commitment to master the other areas of my life like my addictions, habits, and self-confidence.

The only way I could fix the rest of my life was to replace my addictions with positive habits. I started by building tiny habits and repeating them each day, a method taught to me by my early mentor, Hamza Ahmed. I began to exercise, meditate, read, and journal for only one minute each day, and through the repetitions, I began to build more time in each habit.

After building small habits, I began to break my addictions, which were gaming and going on social media. After making it a point to myself to not game or binge social media, I learned how to break my addictions through books, the internet, and my mentors.

Through putting in the time and effort to create these small actions, I completely transformed my life.

Now, it's my mission to help you transform your life.

My content is made to authentically teach you lessons from my mistakes, my successes, and everything that I learned over the years.

If you have a goal, I'm here to help you with it.
